This is Payment Policy for:

By purchasing the products, you are accepting the practices described in this Payment Policy. The use of the website and services is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.



This Payment Policy (“Payment Policy”) governs the Payment Services (as defined in the Homeklinik Terms) provided by Homeklinik to you. Capitalized terms (including the term “Homeklinik”) used but not defined in this Payment Policy have the meanings ascribed to such terms in our Terms of Service which is available through our website.



“Homeklinik credits” means the virtual currency purchased from Homeklinik, which can be used solely on the Homeklinik Platform to purchase the healthcare professionals services.

“Expert’s e-wallet” means an account created by a Healthcare expert (Provider) for purposes of receiving payments for services rendered on Homeklinik.

“Client’s e-wallet” means an account created by a Client (User) for purchase of Homeklinik credits that will be sent on the Homeklinik platform. Homeklinik credits in a Client e-wallet can be used to pay for Healthcare services provided by the expert offered through the Homeklinik platform.

“Session’s Fee” means the amount that an expert sets for his or her services in USD (United States Dollar). The session fee could be based on a duration of 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

“Service/Commission Fee” means the 15% fees Homeklinik charges the expert when transferring the funds to the expert’s e-wallet.

“Payment Method” means a method or service available on Homeklinik Platform for a client to purchase services offered by the Providers or to purchase Homeklinik Credits; such as Stripe, Paypal. In addition to that the Payment processor mentioned herein shall charge a processor fee of 7,5% for each transaction made.

“Withdrawal method” means a method or service available on the Homeklinik Platform for an expert to receive cash in exchange for Homeklinik Credits, such as Paypal or Bank wire (to the Provider’s IBAN through SEPA transfer).



Users which includes the healthcare professionals are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise under provisions of their jurisdiction. Homeklinik shall not be responsible for any tax report whatsoever.



If any disputes arise, clients or experts can contact our customer support for assistance.


4.1. Basics

Customers can cancel the appointment up to 12 hours before it. After that cancelation is not possible anymore. The fund will be transferred to experts e-wallet.

Experts can cancel the appointment anytime. In this case the funds will be returned to the customer’s e-wallet.

Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation of these Payment Terms. Doing so may get your account temporarily or permanently disabled. Note: Once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.

In the event that you encounter an issue related to the service provided by a healthcare expert, you are encouraged to use Homeklinik’s dispute resolution mechanisms to attempt to resolve the matter.

Homeklinik, through its payment services provider, reserves the right to cancel or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the site.


4.2. Refunds

Funds from cancellations are returned to the Client’s or Expert’s e-wallet and are available for future purchases on Homeklinik. The processing fee is not refunded.



Your available credit balance will appear in your e-wallet. Your valid Homeklinik Credits will be applied to your next purchase by choosing the Wallet Getaway in the checkout process and can be viewed in your summary after you have paid for a session or in customer profile. Homeklinik credits may be voided in the event of fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms. If you or Homeklinik deactivate or suspend your Homeklinik account, any unused credits in your account will be forfeited.


5.1. Credits expiration policy

Homeklinik’s credits will not expire as long as you are an active member of Homeklinik

If your account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) months, your Homeklinik credits will expire. 


5.2. Third party payment method fees

A fee of 7,5% of the total amount of the purchase will be applied to the purchase of the credits. The percentage of the fee will be deducted from the total value of each purchase or credit recharge.




6.1 Homeklinik commission fee

Homeklinik’s commission is 15%. Commission is charged when the funds are transferred from the customer’s e-wallet to the expert’s e-wallet. Commission only applies for completed transactions between customer and expert.


6.1 Withdrawal of funds

The funds will be withdrawn upon request (minimal amount 30 $). The withdrawal amount in USD will be converted and transferred in Euro (€) currency to the Provider’s bank account (IBAN) via SEPA bank transfer or to the PayPal account. When withdrawing Homeklinik credits, you may be charged additional fees by the third party (such as payment processor, payment services or a bank) that provides the applicable Withdrawal Method. These fees are not under Homeklinik’s control and Homeklinik disclaims all liability in this regard.



Homeklinik credits are pegged to the United States (US) Dollars. Homeklinik is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when billing or crediting a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than US Dollars, nor is Homeklinik responsible for currency fluctuations and exchange fees that occur when receiving or sending payment via third party payment services when purchasing Homeklinik credits or withdrawing a credit balance.



Homeklinik may make changes to this Payment Policy from time to time. When these changes are made, Homeklinik will make a new copy of the terms available on this page.

You understand and agree that if you use Homeklinik after the date on which the Payment Policy is changed, Homeklinik will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Payment Policy.



Experts and Clients understand that our e-wallet is not a bank.

Your use of the site, its content and any services or items obtained through the website is at your own risk. The site, its content and any services or items obtained through the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Homeklinik nor any person associated with Homeklinik makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the site.



In no event will Homeklinik, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the site, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or any services or items obtained through the site or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
